Transnational project preparation (PREP)

Objectives and expected results

Objectives:

• Development of a widespread and well-working partnership at transnational level
• Development of a sound and programme related project concept upon a preliminary project idea

Results:

1. The project concept as regards content is agreed on by all partners
2. Proper total financing of the project
3. Firm transnational partnership on different levels and in various fields
   Description of main activities
4. Dissemination of the project idea
5. Acquisition of partners
6. Consultation of agreed partners and of those who want to be partners
7. Participation at technical seminars related to the Alpine Space Programme
8. Information contacts to all NCPs, JTS
9. Organisation of a workshop (Linden) together with all partners
10. Development of an agreed project concept and financing
11. Public relation and dissemination (e.g. flyer)
12. Preparation of the project submission
13. Conclusion of the partner-agreement
