Transnational project management (PM)

Objectives and expected results

Objectives:

• Implementation of a competent, effective and responsible type of management
• Establishment of an efficient communication and information exchange with the partners

Results:

1. Time schedule, task plan;
2. Intermediary reports and final reports: technical report, finance report;
3. Contracts (partner - agreements, project contract with MA);
4. 2 workshops with participation of all persons involved in the project
5. Internal meetings relating to the Work Packages

Description of main activities

1. Setting up and securing organisational structure, a time schedule and task plan; processing and supervising work;
2. Setting up financial structure; cost planning, monitoring of costs; accounting and verification of the usage lists
3. 3 Administering contracts
4. Coordinating and organising of reports
5. Organising and implementing of project-internal communication, a secretariat is set up
6. Organising and managing of all conferences, workshops and meetings
7. Hosting of the 2 workshops
