User requirements (USER)
Objectives and expected results
Objectives:
- Registration of existing soil protection efforts and
deficits of the municipality.
- Definition of the requirements for the instrument of
soil evaluation and its tasks from the viewpoint of the
users.
- Analysis of the integration with existing strategies
of LA 21.
Results:
- List of clearly defined requirements for the instrument
of soil evaluation, specific technical requirements for
soil evaluation and of criteria according to the requirements
of the individual levels of spatial planning.
Description of main activities
- Stock-taking of soil protection activities in the partner
cities.
- Compiling a list of criteria to survey and evaluate
ecological, economic, social and legal aspects of soil
functions.
- Design of a question catalogue to develop the profile
of requirements in partner cities with regard to their
planning proceedings.
- Addressing enquiries concerning the requirements to
the cities.
- Evaluation of the responses and compiling a multi-grade
requirement profile.
- Compilation of a list of requirements.
